IWD edition
Yesterday it was an absolute pleasure to publish the International Women's Day edition, a newsletter packed full with incredible Llama achievements.
It started celebrating the longstanding heroines of the club and began with a special mention to Jean Reynolds (see below). It went to cover Jess Whitcher and Camilla Thrush.
Then we highlighted current players who have achieved greatness in their short cricketing careers, and the Llamas making waves Down Under.
A review of the Performance Pathway and State School Cricket Academy involvement, highlighted just how many girls are involved across the performance pathway age groups.
In 'Looking to the future whilst remembering where we started', the club celebrates that this is the 20th anniversary year of Women's cricket at Park Lane. It highlights the work of the W&G Committee, celebrates Izzy Wall as the new Lady Llama Slam Captain, and welcomes David Smith as the new Head Coach for the Senior Women and Academy squads.
It finishes with a massive shout out to Vicki Howard, Director of Women’s & Girls’ Cricket, for everything she's done for the club both on and off the field!
Massive thanks goes to all the volunteers, members, parents and supporters who continue to make this section thrive.
Finally a big thank you has to go to Lucy Pitt and Kathryn Bellew who co-ordinated this week's edition celebrating IWD. Thank you to all the contributors, and congratulations to all on your achievements!

We are aware that some people have been 'mistakenly' unsubscribed from receiving messages / newsletters from the club. It's clear they didn't do this and Pitchero has not yet been able to substantiate how this happened.
If you feel you should have been getting the newsletter and you haven't, please check your junk folder first. Some Hotmail users will have seen delays in the receipt of the newsletter, that's not something we can control.
If you still can't see it, please email newsletter@reigatepriorycc.co.uk and we can investigate this with Pitchero.
We have been migrating people from Pitchero to Sender for the newsletter. There are still 38 people left with 'hidden email addresses', who it would be great to get migrated and to join the 1,311 who were sent it this week.
